Consumer Warning: Don't Buy The Hype.

Our mission when developing our software is bottom line to truly help people solve thier computer related problems.

We know how frustrating it can be to look for answerer to your PC problems and not be able to solve them easily.

A topic we feel very strongly about and gives our industry a black eye is "software inflation." Or in more simple terms, scaring consumers into buying thier product by making you think thier are far more problems with your computer than you actually have.

An example we would like to give is we tested a couple of our "competitiors" programs by using them on the SAME computer we immeidately see some common tactics.

Software Title 1 :

With the first test we ran, it showed over 9000 errors! Of that 5634 COM and ActiveX Control problems and 976 shared DLL problems alone!
With these astronomical results , you would think this computer would be barely functioning at all.
While it does make sales showing high numbers, we believe that results should dictate sales and not just 'the higher the number of "errors" the better. 


Software Title 2
:

Our second test, actually lumped in "Temp Files/Shortcuts", over bloating the errors an additional 1322. They also showed a total of 2600+ errors and problems.
Truthfully, temp files can be easily be removed by using Windows Disk Cleanup tool thats already build into Windows.

Another techy catchy buzz word is "Deep Scan". Isn't that what it's suppose to do to in the first place? That's like a car salesman touting the car your interested in has a gas tank.

It's also important to draw attention to is they used a ever so scary "Warning" tactic on the screen mentioning it was CRITICAL to repair these temporary file isssues.

No ones computer has ever been destroyed because they temporary files, can it slow things down, possibly yes, it is CRITICAL? Far from it.

Take a Stand: Even if you never purchase any of our products, make your voice heard with your wallet and only purchase software that truly try to help you, not from marketers that try to frighten you into buying thier product.
