Question: SpeedingUpMyPC did not install correctly (or not working properly).
Answer: Please uninstall and reinstall SpeedingUpMyPC:
1. Uninstall:
1. Close SpeedingUpMyPC (if open)
2. Click Start > Programs > SpeedingUpMyPC
3. Click 'Uninstall SpeedingUpMyPC'
4. Click 'Yes' to continue with Uninstall and 'OK' when complete
5. Click Start > Programs > SpeedingUpMyPC
6. Click 'Remove SpeedingUpMyPC'
7. Click 'OK'
